Our privately run, third-generation family and business hotel is situated in a quiet location in the upscale Munich suburb of Gräfelfing, in the southwest of the city. Munich’s historic city center can be reached in 15 minutes via the S-Bahn (suburban train), with the station just a short walk from the hotel. The Oktoberfest grounds are also nearby and easily accessible by S-Bahn in about 10 minutes. For conference and business travelers, our hotel offers a convenient location on the southwestern edge of Munich, with excellent connections to the trade fair center and the city center.
Whether your journey takes you to Munich for private or business reasons, you can expect individual service and a personal atmosphere from a privately run establishment.
The hotel's own parking spaces directly in front of our building are available to you free of charge.

Our varied breakfast buffet ensures a pleasant start to your day. A generous buffet awaits you, including coffee, tea, espresso, hot chocolate, orange juice, apple juice, grape juice, fresh milk, fruit salad, various yogurts, fresh seasonal fruit, muesli, cereals, and a constantly changing selection of cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, various types of bread, assorted rolls, pretzels, jam, honey, and Nutella. Gluten-free bread is available upon request.
Breakfast is served at our establishment:

Weekends and public holidays from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
